Kale Chips


  • 1 bunch of Kale

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.

  3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.

  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and gently massage into the leaves

  5. Sprinkle and mix in seasoning

  6. Bake until crispy, 10-15 minutes
