1 bunch of Kale
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
Drizzle kale with olive oil and gently massage into the leaves
Sprinkle and mix in seasoning
Bake until crispy, 10-15 minutes
